WiFi Expansion Project Reaches 75% Coverage:

Learning Beyond the Classroom Walls

Amhlophe High School looks to expand its WiFi footprint to 75% of the school area. This will enable learners to collaborate, learn and research from any device that is WiFi capable.
The school has installed more Access Points around campus.

It must be remembered that Technology impacts both the way we conduct business, and the way students learn

Learning Beyond the Classroom Walls While there's no doubt regarding the importance of Wi-Fi in schools, benefits for students extend well beyond the classroom walls. From extracurricular activities to study abroad programs to exploring hobbies on their own, devices such as tablets and smartphones can connect students to a wealth of text, audio, and video content not found in textbooks.
With this development, Amhlophe High School is no longer restricting access to the Internet to specific physical locations like Computer Labs.
